Partition epic David Carradine turns in single of his ending partition performances in this low-budget, crime-drama actioner helmed near Mexican-American actor-director Damian Chapa. Chapa stars as trustworthy but financially strapped cop Angel Alvarez, who makes some rapid currency but loses his vital spirit when he goes to labour representing a neighbourhood criminal, Fernando(Javier Rivas). Carradine co-stars as Angels detective team-mate, who tries to set down his boon companion invest in on the direct and constricted.
